File Formats:
Celina recommends that artwork files be sent in a Vector format.
Preferred Applications Include:
- Adobe Illustrator .eps, .ai, pdf
- Adobe Photoshop layers included
Resolution:
Bitmaps such as tiff, jpg, bmp, & gif used in your design require a 300 dpi minimum *Microsoft Office files are not accepted.
Accepting Artwork:
Artwork can be sent via CD or e-mail files that are 5MB or smaller to art@celinatent.com. Files can also be sent via FTP (Call For Details)
Fonts:
Please supply all fonts used in your design. If files are created in Illustrator,, outline fonts when saving.
Color Mode:
Pantone colors are preferred
Scaling:
Files can be scaled down to reduce file size.
Pricing
Digital printing costs are based upon the number of square feet of the print area, not by the number of colors.
Secondary operations
Secondary operations are also available such as heat-sealing, sewing, grommeting, etc. Our heat-sealing capabilities allow us to seam panels together to form any size tent, banner, sign, display, or billboard.

Our facility can handle all of your production needs from small quantities to high production runs.
Ink Durability
Celina’s custom tent printing is designed for long-term outdoor UV fastness. Inks are formulated using pigments and other ingredients that support the needed durability. Provided that Celina’s custom tents are used under recommended conditions, printed images should not fade significantly for a period of 24 months or 12 months respectively.
To achieve minimal fading effects due to UV exposure, approved substrates should be used. Best outdoors durability is contingent upon type of media used and will only be achieved with certain substrates.
Tent Quality
All tents are manufactured for rigorous long-term outdoor use. Tent tops are constructed with 1st Quality Vinyl’s. A durable, 2” vinyl coated polyester webbing is heat-sealed from all side pole locations to center pole locations. Heat Sealable webbing reinforcements eliminate all thread and needle holes making the tent top 100% Waterproof!
